On January 21st, 2024, all the employees of the three factories located in Xingcheng, Kazuo and Lingyuan celebrated the New Year with a dinner party. After this dinner, the company will officially enter the 15-day Spring Festival vacation.
Spring Festival is the most important festival for all Chinese people. In order to let the employees have a happy and fulfilling Spring Festival, in addition to the year-end salary commission, YISWIM also thoughtfully distributed rice, noodles and oil for each employee. Compared with the 8-day Spring Festival vacation stipulated by the state, the company has nearly doubled the length of the vacation, just to let the hardworking manufacturing workers spend the New Year in peace.
At the dinner, everyone raised their glasses and drank, and the laughter spread all over the hotel hall. The person in charge of each place also summarized the development of the company in a year and put forward the prospect of the new year during the tea break.
